Welcome
We are the Austin ASTD chapter's CPLP Preparation study group. A new cohort begins August 2012 (orientation) and will run through May 2013 (see schedule). People interested in participating each month may join mid-session and continue into the next one.
What is our goal?
Our primary goal is to prepare interested parties to pass the CPLP exam. In addition, we strive to help participants expand their knowledge of Designing Learning, Delivering Training, Improving Human Performance, Measuring and Evaluating, Facilitating Organizational Change, Managing the Learning Function, Coaching, Knowledge Management, and Career Planning and Talent Management. As facilitators, we commit to providing an interactive learning environment on a monthly basis to help explore and reinforce 9 competencies of the CPLP.
