By attending and participating in the CPLP study group facilitated brilliantly by ASTD's own Jane (Star) Fisher, I have broadened my knowledge of what it means to be a Learning and Performance Professional. I approach instructional design projects from a broader perspective and with increased confidence that my clients immediately respect. The CPLP program is an excellent investment of time for any Instructional Designer who wants to grow in their profession. I recommend the CPLP program highly.
