Jane "Star" Fisher, CPLP: Jane is an Instructional Designer for Sears Holdings Corporation.  She is program manager for the Management Development curriculum for the call centers throughout the US.  Outside of work and family, she goes by "Star" and has a DBA called Star Services.  Star has over 15 years experience designing instruction for corporate settings primarily for call center and Nuclear facilities.  She has over 9 years practice in Instructional Delivery.  She earned a Master Training recognition in the Mid-Columbia Girl Scout Council as a volunteer trainer.  She has a variety of interests being a poet, member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, and participant in all sorts of dance.

Melissa Hotchkiss, CPLP: Melissa works with organizations in the design, development, and implementation of learning and performance intitiatives.  Like many in our field, Melissa came to training by accident, and she has used the CPLP to legitimize her practical experiences and serve as a foundation for further professional growth. Heavily involved in the community, Melissa is currently serving as the Vice President for Membership for the Austin American Society for Training and Development.  For fun, Melissa enjoys taking advantage of all of the many wonderful music events that Austin has to offer; 'Texas Country' has become a favorite since she moved to the Lone Star State three years ago.
