Jane "Star" Fisher: Jane is an Instructional Designer for Sears Holdings Corporation.  She is program manager for the Management Development curriculum for the call centers throughout the US.  Outside of work and family, she goes by "Star" and has a DBA called Star Services.  Star has over 15 years experience designing instruction for corporate settings primarily for call center and Nuclear facilities.  She has over 9 years practice in Instructional Delivery.  She earned a Master Training recognition in the Mid-Columbia Girl Scout Council as a volunteer trainer.  She has a variety of interests being a poet, member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, and participant in all sorts of dance.  Star completed the CPLP exam and anticipates completing the work product in summer of 2007.

Melissa Hotchkiss, CPLP: Melissa is a Training Specialist for Keybridge Technologies, Inc., and in that capacity she assists with both instructional design and delivery of courses.  She also assists with the coordination and implementation of the learning management system.  Fairly new to the workplace learning and performance profession proper, Melissa has used the CPLP to assist in her in the transition from higher education where she had spent nine years.  For fun, Melissa enjoys taking advantage of all of the many wonderful music events that Austin has to offer; 'Texas Country' has become a favorite since she moved to the Lone Star State three years ago.

William "Bud" Wurtz is currently Director of Corporate and Community Services for the Institute of Applied Creativity at Texas A&M University, where he consults with organizations on improving their innovation capabilities. In addition, Bud also coaches executives in improving their creative and critical thinking skills through his own firm, Coaching for Creativity. Nationally recognized for his expertise in creativity and innovation/change management, Bud is serving a second term as president of the American Creativity Association, the premier professional group in the field. He has over twenty years of experience as a manager and senior consultant in organization development and training for Fortune 500 companies in high tech, telecommunications, energy and agribusiness industries. Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Bud has earned the prestigious designation of Registered Organization Development Consultant (RODC) through the OD Institute, and he is currently completing his doctorate at Texas A&M. He plans to sit for the CPLP when his dissertation is completed.
